How to register as a New User
1. Go to the Registration
page of this web site to create an account.

2. Select New User.
3. Enter a username and password.
4. Enter your contact information.
5. Enter your name and email address.
6. Select the agent who introduced the service to
you.
7. Set the phone numbers from which you will make phone calls.
- Enter the phone number in the Phone Number field and click Add. Use
the format <area code><local number>, such as 4162223333. The
phone number will be displayed in the Phone Number List field.
- Repeat the above procedure if you have other phone numbers.
8. Click Submit.
9. You will be taken to the Purchase page where you
must make a payment to your account balance before you
can make calls.
10. Select the payment amount. The total including
taxes and handling fee (if any) will be displayed.
11. Select the payment method.
12. Enter the characters displayed in the picture.
13. Click Continue.
14. Click OK when asked if you are sure to
continue.
15. Follow the instructions on the Paypal screen.
16. You will be returned to this web site with a message confirming your
registration.
How to register with PIN / Card number
1. Buy a PIN / calling card from a card vendor.
2. Go to the Registration
page of this web site to create an account.

3. Select User With PIN / Card Number.
4. Enter the PIN / calling card number in the Calling Card Number field.
5. Enter a username and password.
6. Enter your contact information.
7. Enter your name and email address.
8. Select the agent who introduced the service to
you.
9. Set the phone numbers from which you will make phone calls.
- Enter the phone number in the Phone Number field and click Add. Use
the format <area code><local number>, such as 4162223333. The
phone number will be displayed in the Phone Number List field.
- Repeat the above procedure if you have other phone numbers.
10. Click Submit.
11. You will be taken to a page with a message
confirming your registration.
How to make calls
The calling card system uses your phone number to
identify you. The system receives the caller id (ANI),
which is the phone number of the telephone you are
calling from, when you call the access number.
If the caller id matches a phone number registered on
your account, such as your home number or mobile number,
the system can identify you immediately and prompts for
the destination number that you want to call.
If you call from another number, such as a public
telephone, the caller id does not match and the system
cannot identify you. In this case, the system
prompts for your calling card number.
From a registered telephone number (set in the
Phone Number list in the My Account
page):
1. Call the access number 416-840-CALL (416-840-2255). The access number
is a phone number in Toronto, Canada.
2. Hear a voice message like "You have 5 dollars.
Please enter your destination number followed by the #
key."
3. Dial the destination number in the format
<country code><city code><local
number>#.
4. Hear a voice message like "You have 100 minutes."
5. Wait a few seconds for the call to be connected.
From an unregistered telephone number (not set in
the Phone Number list in the My Account
page):
1. Call the access number 416-840-CALL (416-840-2255). The access number
is a phone number in Toronto, Canada.
2. Hear a voice message like "Please enter your
card number followed by the # key."
3. Dial your card number, which may be found in the Calling Card
Number field in the My Account
page, and #.
4. Hear a voice message like "You have 5 dollars.
Please enter your destination number followed by the #
key."
5. Dial the destination number in the format
<country code><city code><local
number>#.
6. Hear a voice message like "You have 100 minutes."
7. Wait a few seconds for the call to be connected.
How to check your
balance and other account properties
1. Login at
this web site.
2. Go to the My Account
page. (It is in the My Account menu.)

3. The calling card number and account balance are displayed.
4. You may edit your name, contact information, and click Update to save the changes.

How to edit your calling/ANI phone numbers
1. Login at
this web site.
2. Go to the My Account
page. (It is in the My Account menu.)

3. To view the existing phone numbers: Click the drop
down list of the Phone Number List field.

4. To add a phone number: Enter the phone number in the
Phone Number field and click Add. Use
the format <area code><local number>, such as 4162223333. The
phone number will be displayed in the Phone Number List field.
5. To delete a phone number: Select it in the Phone Number List field and
click Delete.
How to recharge your account by making an online purchase
1. Login at this web site.
2. Go to the Online Purchase page. (It is in the My Account menu.)

3. Select the payment amount. The total including
taxes and handling fee (if any) will be displayed.
4. Select the payment method.
5. Enter the characters displayed in the picture.
6. Click Continue.
7. Click OK when asked if you are sure to
continue.
8. Follow the instructions on the Paypal screen.
9. You will be returned to this web site with a message confirming your
payment.
How to recharge your account by using a charge up card purchased from a reseller or agent
1. Buy a charge up card from a card vendor.
Note that this is different from the calling card. The calling card is for
creating an account. The charge up card value is for adding money to
the account.
2. Login at
this web site.
3. Go to the Recharge
Account page. (It is in the My Account menu.)

4. Enter your password, calling card number, and charge up card number.
5. Click Submit. If the recharge is successful, the value of the charge
up card will be added to your account balance.
How to check your call and
payment history
1. Login at
this web site.
2. Go to the Call and Payment History page.
(It is in the My Account menu.)

3. Enter a date range in the Date From and To fields. The format is YYYYMMDD
where YYYY is the year, MM is the month, and DD is the day.
4. Click Get Call History or Get Payment History.
5. The call records or payments are displayed.
How to check the invoices of your online purchases
1. Login at
this web site.
2. Go to the View Invoice page.
(It is in the My Account menu.)

3. Enter a date range in the Date From and To fields. The format is YYYYMMDD
where YYYY is the year, MM is the month, and DD is the day.
4. Select the invoice status: Any, Pending, Approved,
or Denied.
4. Click Search.
5. The invoices are listed.
6. Click Detail beside the invoice you want to see.
7. If you want to download the invoice, click Download beside the
invoice, click Save when prompted, select a folder to save it in, and
click Save.
How to change your password
1. Login at
this web site.
2. Go to the Change Password page.
(It is in the My Account menu.)

3. Enter your old password in the Old Password field.
4. Enter your new password in the New Password and
Confirm New Password fields.
5. Click Submit.
How to check the rates
1. Go to the Rates
page on this web site.

2. Select your country in the Call From Country
field.
3. Use one of the following search methods:
- By telephone number or dialcode: Select Search by Dialcode and
enter the telephone number or the leading digits of the telephone number,
beginning with country code and click Submit.
- By country: Select Search by Country and select the country name from
the drop down list and click Submit.
- By first letter of the country name: Click the letter.
4. The rates are displayed.
